Return

You have 7 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging.

Your item must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will notify you of the refund status immediately after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain time, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Delivery

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs, but we'll cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund. If the order has shipped, you will need to follow the standard returns process.
